Commissions are for personal use ONLY.

You may not sell the commission or work derived from the commission. You may not tokenize of generate NFTs or AI art from my work. If you want something for commercial use, please contact me directly by email for inquiries.

You may take multiple commission requests at the same time. I'll work on the one at a time, alternation with other people's slots.

Payment is upfront after we've discussed your commission and I have received the references needed. You'll have your commission slot until I receive your deposit.

I have the right to decline a commission if it makes me uncomfortable.

I have the right to share the commission on my social media. If it a gift for someone, you can tell me after what date I'm allowed to post it. Or if you want to remain anonymous, you can let me know as well.

When I start working on your commission, you'll get three revisions. One during the sketch phase, and one after lineart and color. Once shaded, you'll receive a final preview in which you can suggest slight changes to the drawing before it is sent to your e-mail.

Once your commission is finished, there are no refunds. And major changes will have an additional cost.

If your commission has a due date, and I'm unable to finish it in time, you'll receive a full refund.

I work in "first come, first served" order. If you want to check where your commission is in the queue, check the button in Home called "Commission Queue"

Turnaround time varies depending in the number of commissions slots available. It usually takes from 2 - 6 weeks for completion.

DM me for a commission slot with the type, number of characters, references, and details about it (poses, mood, etc).

Wait for approval and receive a quote.

Make the deposit payment within 3 days. Your slot will be on hold until the payment is made

Once paid, I'll add you to the queue and send you the link to it.

Once it is your turn in the queue, I'll begin with the sketch.

I'll send you a preview for any adjustments in the piece before working on the lineart.

Once approved, I'll work on lineart and base colors.

You'll get a second update for revision.

Once approved, I'll work on the shading and effects needed.

I will then send you a preview of your completed commission for approval.

If any changes are needed, I'll work on them.

I'll send you the full sized artwork image and (if available) the transparent version of it to your e-mail.

How long do commissions take? On average it takes me 3 - 7 days for full rendered full bodies. This doesn't include the time when I'm working on other commissions or revision time.

What kind of information should I include in my request? References of your character (it can be an image, a written description [age, height, body build, hair/skin/eye color, age, etc.], Pinterest boards, or a hero forge mini works too.); personality of your character, poses or expressions, type of commission.

Do you take other forms of payment? At the moment I can only accept payment via PayPal. Please do not send me money unless I send you an invoice or my Paypal link for a commission.

Why were there no available slots to public? Patreons get first dibs and discounts on commission slots. If the available commission slots are taken by them, then they won't be available to the general public.

What do you draw? I can draw humans, humanoids, anthros/furries, animals, armor, and weapons. I can draw your ocs or existing characters (from your fave show/anime/videogame/etc). I do not draw mechas.

Full resolution drawing

Full resolution image of the bases (and its keys)

Layered PSD file of the character.

Any previous art made for it

If you get the Auto buy, you’ll get a character sheet that includes: front view, back view, and 3 expressions (if applicable)

Full rights to the character (meaning you can rename it, change its story, adjust the design.)

Terms of Use

Patreon subscribers get early access to adopts, and they can buy it for the Minimum Amount (and don’t have to bid).

Designs not claimed in Patreon will be available to the general public 48 hours later.

There will be no holds.

You may use a character design you purchase for your stories, comics, D&D games, etc.

As you get the full rights on it, you can make merch of the design, but you may not use MY ART for such goals.

You may commission art of your character and/or use the design for your podcasts,icons,videos, etc.

If you plan on using my art for something, please credit me “@jackzarts”

In the case you want to resell the design, you cannot sell it for the amount you bought it for. (Unless you have more art of it.)
